- Born and raised in Western Pennsylvania, Lydia attended Penn State University and spent fifteen years in Rome, Italy prior to returning to the United States in 1976. She has spent the past 23 years specializing in residential real estate in West Pasco County, the past seventeen of those years with Prudential Tropical Realty. Lydia has been her office's top producer for the past thirteen years, and has maintained multi-million dollar status for the past fifteen years.
- Lydia is a five-time member of the prestigious Chairman's Circle, and recent recipient of the Legend award, in recognition of exemplary career sales achievement within the Prudential network. Most recently, Lydia was inducted as a charter member of the International Real Estate Hall of Fame by her peers at the West Pasco Board of Realtors. She also holds the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, which is the highest award obtainable by residential sales associates, and held by fewer than two percent of real estate agents nationwide. Lydia has also been eCertified by Prudential Real Estate, recognizing technological proficiency.
